Open Answers to Common Legal and Policy Questions

Real questions about account rights, data access, and jurisdiction come up often. We have answered the most common ones below so you can act without needing to contact support first — though our team is available 24/7 if you need to go further.

Access depends on local law. We scope our terms specifically to Indonesia, and your eligibility to hold an active account is subject to the regulations applicable in your region at the time of registration and ongoing use.

We retain your account data for the minimum period required under applicable Indonesian data law. After that window closes, identifiable records are scheduled for deletion. You can request a data summary at any time via the Legal tab in your account settings.

Yes. Submit a right-to-erasure request through Account Settings under the Legal tab, or email our data officer directly. We confirm receipt within 24 hours and complete the deletion process within 30 days, subject to any mandatory retention obligations.

Linked payment wallet references — whether DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS — are removed from active records within 14 days of account closure. Archived transaction logs may be retained for the period required by financial regulation, then permanently deleted.

We send a notification to your registered email at least seven days before any amendment takes effect. The updated terms are also flagged with a version date at the top of this page so you can compare changes directly.

Open a formal case via the 'Dispute a Term' option in Account Settings, or contact our compliance team by live chat 24/7. Every case receives a tracked reference number and a written response within five business days.

The same account terms apply regardless of which payment method you use. QRIS, GoPay, DANA and OVO transactions are all subject to identical withdrawal-verification and data-handling procedures as described in our policy above.
